At Birthpools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

• 14-Day Full Refund: Return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• 1-Year Partial Refund: Return an item within 1 year for a refund on the returned product only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Direct Purchases Only: Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from Birthpools. Third-party purchases follow their return policy.
• Repackaging: Include all cords, adapters, and documentation, and return the item in its original packaging.

Please note

Once you have received your parcel, it’s fine to open the outer box briefly to check that you have received everything. However, it is important that the items inside the box remain unopened and sealed so that they can be returned, for the sake of safety and hygiene for the next customer.

These items must therefore remain unopened and sealed in order to be returned:

• Birth pools
  
• Liners
• Heat cover
• Floor covers
• Water hoses
• Water pumps
• Air pumps
• Filters
  
• Small accessories such as: gynaecological gloves, thermometers, non-slip mats, strainers, mirrors and torches
• Repair kits
  

Have these items been removed from their sealed packaging? Then unfortunately they cannot be returned.

For tap connectors, you can check whether a suitable connector for your tap is included, so that you don’t encounter any surprises during labour. 

How to Return an Item

Important: Don’t forget to include a copy of your invoice and ensure that the parcel is sent to the above address and not to a parcel collection point near the address.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. For card payments, allow up to 14 business days after processing. If a pickup was cancelled before shipping, the refund is immediate.
