At Birthpools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

• 14-Day Full Refund: Return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, including original shipping costs.
• 1-Year Partial Refund: Return an item within 1 year for a refund on the returned product only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Direct Purchases Only: Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from Birthpools. Third-party purchases follow their return policy.
• Repackaging: Include all cords, adapters, and documentation, and return the item in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene protocols, the following items cannot be returned if opened:

• Sealed products (if opened)
• Water pumps
• Strainers
• Tap connectors
• Anti-slip mats
• Mirrors

Refunds

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. For card payments, allow up to 5 business days after processing. If a pickup was cancelled before shipping, the refund is immediate.
